I am trained as a Person Centred Therapist (PCT) which means the client is central, both to what they need to talk about and how to resolve, those issues. My role as a therapist is to guide you through that process. Sometimes that means offering insights and possible solutions, other times it is providing the time, space and attention that may be lacking in day to day life.
I suggest 4-6 weeks of weekly sessions, after which we will decide, together, how to move forward. For some clients this is enough, others continue at their own pace with weekly, fortnightly or monthly sessions. All of this can be discussed and there is no obligation to book more than 1 session at a time.
